In an effort to assist people wanting to donate more specifically to causes that meet their needs, the Prime Minister’s Office has released an updated list of charities that can assist in the bushfire recovery effort.

Bushfire devastated communities are scrambling to find assistance to essentials – whether that be items like generators, or services like care. With the rest of Australia (and the world) opening their hearts and wallets, a number of charities are set to benefit and help these communities immediately.

The Australian Government has announced its latest rounds of grants with this one closing on 7th January 2020.

Are you a community group that contribute to our local community in Brisbane? The Stronger Communities Programme is about backing these community groups and ensuring their continued success, with round 5 funding grants from $2,500 to $20,000.
