Once again we look at the key organisational success factors of Purpose, People, Process, Impact and Review, and have looked at very high level publicly available information on all Australia's charities and not-for-profit organisations.

A charity’s Governance Rating is based on whether the organisation has a purpose published with the Regulator, have the AICD recommended 5 people or more as Board Members/Responsible persons, whether their disclosures are lodged on time with the Regulator, and they gain a “Review” colour is if the organisation has completed a Social Impact Rating.
